The data is clear about the benefits of not eating meat (or eating way less than you are). And now, a new report suggests that eating less meat is also beneficial to the planet, mainly due to the fertilizers used to grow food for the animals. So, just in case you needed another reason to cut back on the meat, there you have it.
Remember: you don't have to go "whole hog" (cold turkey?). You can reduce your meat intake to one day a week (or skip meat at least once a week) and begin to make a positive impact.
