Not Near the Vent

Improve your indoor air quality.

Yesterday, we discussed the issue of outdoor air quality. Today, we take that discussion inside to focus on the air that you're breathing while cooking dinner, watching TV or sleeping. Our lungs are pretty sensitive organs. Therefore, it's important that we maintain a healthy indoor air environment. One quick way is to make sure that you're not storing items that contain VOCs near air vents. That way, these compounds won't flutter around the room each time your AC kicks on. So, move your paints or any cleaning materials away from air supplies and you'll be breathing a bit easier.
