Draw a Blank
Go to sleep. You’ll be happier. There are lots of things that probably keep you up at night. The economy. Family problems. Your job. The Boogie Man. And while some worries are justified, many are not. Tonight, when it's time to rest, do just that, and only that. Turn off the TV. Close your eyes. Think about nothing. That last email can wait until morning. The million things on your mind will certainly come back by daybreak. You've got so much to do tomorrow anyway, so tonight, just sleep. Try getting in bed five minutes earlier, even. Your mind and body will thank you tomorrow.
