Don't Wait, Hydrate
Make sure you're getting enough water. As the weather turns a bit warmer, make a habit this springtime of getting enough water. It's way too easy to forget that we need to be getting 8 full glasses of H2O a day. And, the benefits of being properly hydrated are well worth it. We may avoid nasty headaches and can make sure that we've got the energy to get through the day. And, as long as we're refilling that reusable water bottle of ours, the environmental impact will be minimal. So, reach for the natural refreshing properties of some water, and drink to your health today!

Yeah water! Every time I see the commercial about how Vitamin Water has 125 calories and that other flavored water has "only 25 calories," I laugh. Guess what!? Water has ZERO calories! And it's free!
